But beauty comes in every size, color and shape. And your beauty can’nt be measured with that measuring tape.

Remember, your worth insn’t detemrined by your wieght and you should never hate what it took god to create. You’re Young, Smart and beautiful and it would behoove you.

Don’t focus on your looks, read books to improve you. In life don’t rely on other people’s approval. In life there’s no limit to things you can achieve.

My oldest daughter says she skinny like a stick and because she’s thin. There are times when she wishes she was a thick and she kwos that i’m attracted to womer who are bigger, but i tell her that woman is much more than her figure, so don’nt hate your body and criticize your weight.

Because beauty comes in every size, color and shape. Learn to be your body’s number one supporter, because negative thoughts lead to eating disorders, so treat yourself somebody you love and speak to yourself like somebody you love.

Love your body size zero or above, and get rud of any throughts that say you’re not enough. I know the hardest lesson is learning to love yourself.

But eat right, exercise and focus on your health.

I know life can be a struggle wich is why i always hug you. And remind you every day that i love you.

Mi hija mayor dice que está delgada como una vara y porque es así de delgada hay momentos en los que ella quisiera ser más robusta. Y ella sabe que me gustan las mujeres que son grandes, pero yo le digo que una mujer es mucho más que su figura.

Así que no odies tu cuerpo ni critiques tu peso, aprende a ser la fan número uno de tu cuerpo porque los pensamientos negativos llevan a trastornos alimenticios. Así que trátate a ti como a alguien que amas, ama tu cuerpo talla cero o más y elimina todo pensamiento que te dice que no eres suficiente, sé que amarte es una lección difícil de aprender.

Pero come bien, haz ejercicio y enfócate en tu salud.
